All items in the webstore are custom madem to order, we don’t keep stock of everything, except if stated differently under a product description. Current lead time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks. If you have any questions before placing an order, please don’t hesitate to drop us an inquery email - we promise we don’t bite.

All custom orders are final - returns are not possible.

All What Happened products have lifetime warranty (lifetime of a product not your lifetime :) ) - which means we offer repairs with small repair fees

We offer deals for IFMGA certified guides and mountaineering expeditions.

WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All products are made in Slovenia in a tiny mountain village of Zaplana. They are made by the founder Neza and sometimes by a set of helping hands.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. We ship everywhere in the world. International shipping cost is 20 EUR, for bigger items such as backpacks or duffle bags is 25 EUR. We either use Slovenian Post or DHL for bigger items
