BACK PANEL
The back panel is the most important part of a custom backpack.
When the fit is right, the backpack sits naturally against your spine and carries comfortably even under heavy loads — often without needing a frame at all.
The recommended torso measurements are only a guideline. A tall person may still have a short torso, and vice versa.
Available sizes:
S - 46 cm (160 - 175 cm)
M - 50cm (175 - 185 cm)
L - 54 cm (185 - 200 cm)
How to measure:
Measure the length of your back from the point where the shoulder straps sit on your shoulders down to the base of your spine, where your lower back begins to curve outward above the hips
If you already own a backpack that fits you comfortably, measure the back panel length from the top of the shoulder straps down to the bottom of the backpack.
VOLUME
We can build any volume you need.
A larger-volume backpack does not necessarily mean a taller back panel. Volume is usually increased in depth instead.
The intended use of the backpack is very important. For technical climbing, we design the pack so it does not interfere with natural movement — such as lifting the legs high or tilting the head back while climbing.
