I guess I don’t need to mention I am big into bikepacking and I’ve been thinking for a while now how to make bike bags from upcycled materials.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on an old duffle bag which was beyond repair. I cut, measured, taped and scratched my head for a week before the bag got its final shape. After a week spent in Cairngorms national park I can report success of the project.
